My most recent role was at Lazada, where I led UX for Seller, Logistics, and Localization. I launched a review translation feature used by over 2 million expats and designed experiences across six Southeast Asian markets.
With 15+ years in UX, from e-commerce to fintech, proptech and insurtech - I’ve learned to balance business goals, tech constraints, and cultural insight.
From Yangon to Singapore to Bangkok, I’ve learned that good UX isn’t just about clean flows- it’s about designing with cultural nuance, local trust, and empathy at every step. Great UX is never one-size-fits-all.
Beyond work, I unwind with Burmese food, weekend walks through Bangkok’s backstreets, scenic drives outside the city, and way too many replays of nostalgic 90s movies.

What I Believe
The values that guide how I work and who I work with
Teamwork First
I believe great products come from good teamwork. I enjoy working with product managers, engineers, and other designers - sharing ideas and solving problems together.
Clear is Better
I like to keep things simple and clear — in design, in feedback, and in communication. It saves time and helps everyone stay on the same page.
Done is Better Than Perfect
I care about quality, but I also care about moving forward. I try not to get stuck. It’s better to release, learn, and improve than wait too long.
Design for Real People
I design with users in mind - their culture, language, and habits. I always think about who is using the product and what they really need.
Help Others Grow
I enjoy sharing what I know and learning from others. Helping younger designers or working closely with teammates makes the whole team better.
