I’m KMO, a UX leader with 15+ years helping teams create products that make sense for real users across Southeast Asia.
For the past 15+ years, I’ve helped teams design products that feel local, trusted, and easy to use; from e-commerce platforms to fintech and proptech apps across Southeast Asia. Most recently at Lazada, I led UX for Seller, Logistics, and Localization, including launching a review translation feature that now helps 2 million+ expats shop with confidence.
My leadership style? No micromanaging, no drama. I lead with empathy, clear direction, and trust- shaped by lessons from both great leaders and not-so-great ones I’ve worked with along the way.

Beyond work, I unwind with Burmese food, weekend walks through Bangkok’s backstreets, scenic drives outside the city, and way too many replays of nostalgic 90s movies.
