Bad UX loses users.

I design clarity where others see chaos. From tangled logistics and multi-country launches to design systems that scale, I lead UX that bridges product, people, and culture - across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Design × PM × Engineering: One Team, One Goal
It’s not just what we build, it’s how we build it - together
It was exhilarating working with KMO as my design counterpart. We worked together for close to 2 years building awesome & engaging experience for PropertyGuru agents.
His knack for UI/UX helped us achieve a significant ~10% jump in DAU's in Singapore along with a staggering CSAT of 63% (up from 38%)
He played a crucial role in leading the PropertyGuru Brand repositioning project on supply side. This helped us pivot to the softer side and reinforce our Value & Vision.
As a design leader he focused on creating design leaders within the team and is responsible for the current Singapore design team.
Jamming with him on UI/UX for new and existing products was always fun, conclusive and actionable.
Listing here a few of his contributions: Agent Portals v2 (3 use cases), ChatGPT integration, PropertyGuru Brand repositioning. We call him KMO. I worked with KMO for more than 3 years and during this period I found that he is one of those designers who are intelligent enough to understand the pillars of design, he is quite creative and passionate about UX. He understands and empathises with users. KMO tries to get into a deep understanding of the problem and understanding how different aspects of the product journey would work.
As being an exceptional designer who has demonstrated he is more than capable of leading design on highly complex projects, he led design on key components of our product at PropertyGuru – and did so with remarkable proficiency.
KMO is one of only a few designers who take feedback from the tech team positively and share his opinion/ suggestions and idea too. The quality of taking ownership of any given task makes him a valuable asset to any team.Even though I didn’t get to work with him much, I could tell KMO puts so much care into his work. Super polite, easy to collaborate with, and always thoughtful about the details. Definitely a meticulous designer you’d want on your team!
Kyaw and I had worked at PropertyGuru for many years.
Kyaw always pushes beyond his limit to deliver the best user experience with exceptional design and data-driven support. His work was dedicated to many successful projects that led PropertyGuru to another level.
And with opened-mind and collaborative problem-solving, he helped improve UX's team processes and tools that significantly make the collaboration of tech, product, and UX much more productive.
We were on the same team in an internal Hackathon, and with his skill in UX design and presentation, we won the Grand Prize. Another proven record of his highly-skills and how he can translate solutions to effective visualization. It was exhilarating working with KMO as my design counterpart.
